Heart Full of Feathers

Make a little birdhouse in your soul... I was listening to a podcast about the "This Might Be Giants" song as I painted this pretty piece while in Orquevaux, France. Did you know that song is about a lighthouse?

I used only two colors -- Brown Ochre and Phthalo Blue to create all of these different hues. I love the beautiful blends and transitions and think this print would goes well in so many living spaces.
